A large patch of thick sheet ice persuaded me to retrace my tracks and return home with bones still intact today. Thus the bird tally was rather low but 2 interesting critters entered the annual list.
5 Chaffinch, 2 Blackbird, 3 Meadow Pipit, House Sparrows, many Common Gull and this rather attractive statuette.
