Soil Hill: exceptionally quiet, just a RLP seen.
Ogden Res provided the main interest. Tracking loud piercing squeaking calls I saw an adult Sparrowhawk flying around and brief views of a juvenile in treetops. This went on for about 20 minutes.
4 Cormorant, 1 GC Grebe, c16 LBBG & c30 BHG.
1 each GSW & Grey Wagtail.
Just a Kestrel along with a few Swallows at Hunter Hill bottom.
The Mixenden Res Security guard is doing an exemplary job. Not only are there no people populating the place, there are no birds either - again.
