Littlemoor Park: 5 singing Chiffchaff, 1 f Bullfinch, 4 Blackbird, few Goldfinch. The fields were quiet apart from when a frequently calling distant Buzzard in the Shelf vicinity helped send 6 Lapwing into orbit for a few minutes.
1 each Skylark & Pied Wagtail, 2 Meadow Pipit. Several House Sparrers. The fields in the Cross Lane area were empty and there was a marked absence of gulls throughout.
