Soil Hill 1005 hrs. Got my first Snipe of the year down in the bottom bog. Also 4 Teal flushed and I suspect another one at a distance. Around 10 Lapwing and similar nr. small gulls helping the farmer 👩🌾 muckspreading the adjacent field. Also a couple Pheasant..
Ogden Water: 1 drake Shoveler (as seen earlier by DJS) A pr Teal also present but never coming into acceptable camera 📷 range. I encountered a large flock of Siskin atop the tallest trees 🌳 on the W bank. Another one for my annual list.
Mixenden Res was a leveller, just a Moorhen & the gull mix.
