Cold Edge: the dams didn’t have any notable birds on them just a few Canadas and dullards.
The fields produced 6 Lapwing 3 Reed Bunting 1 Red Grouse 4 Oystercatcher & 3 Curlew. Plenty of BHG around and a Herring.
Down at Stod Fold another 2/3 Curlew were calling while moving.
Mixenden Res was rotten with a mix of Gulls. Only other birds present: 1 each Cormorant & Moorhen.
