The Grouse Moor Landowners pressure the gamekeepers into killing the Hen Harriers Buzzards or Goshawks.
The RSPB team and possibly others, bless ‘em, manage the odd prosecution of the gamekeepers.
The Grouse Moor fat cats don’t get touched because they go to the very top RSPB management and similar bodies, with offers of donations subscriptions etc. Should this approach fail they then approach the Government with the same offers. Catch my drift?
