Pink-Footed Geese Over Queensbury

I was walking up Chapel Lane at around 1000 hrs when I jerked to a sudden halt by the sports field behind Springfield. The familiar call of  Pink-footed Geese came from above and lasted for approximately 3 minutes 😁.
My attempts to look skyward were unsuccessful partly owing to roof tops obscuring my view so no visuals. I felt at the time and still do that it was a small party of birds possibly heading SE.
Thanks to BS for informing me that 3 other birders observed flocks of PFGs over a widespread area.

Ogden Water was a pitiful experience. Gulls down to low numbers and no migration evidence seen. A Buzzard called 4 times.
2 Stonechat and 2 Swallow seen at Hunter Hill bottom.
