Cross Border Venture

I was somewhat worried about entering Lancashire this morning but then I remembered seeing my relatives who lived there aeons ago and recalled they stopped eating Yorkshire citizens some time around 1964.

Took me a while to sort the route out but I eventually skirted Blackstone, Lighthazzles, Warland & Whiteholme.
Still hard to accept no Hirundines and Apodidodiformes around but I got a couple of wader species despite the crowds and a couple of Dogs who couldn't control their scuzzer owners.

Lighthazzles: 1 Dunlin & Pied Wagtail.
Warland: 1 Ringed Plover.
Whiteholme: 1 Ringed Plover & a Curlew.

The moorland produced 7/8 each of Skylark & Meadow Pipit otherwise twas comatose.
