The Mute 🦢 breeding attempt has failed. After monitoring their site for over a month, not a single cygnet was accompanying the parents as they, well, swanned around.
7/8 LBB & 1 Herring Gull were floating on the upstairs air currents without landing. 5 BHG were on, or by the drink along with the resident Coots etc.
Others: 2 🎶 Chiffchaff & a Blackcap. Not an absolute failure I suppose; I did get my first Jay for quite a while 😬.
