Noisy Queensbury South

Some noise from singing birds but the majority from cars with quad bikers taking the first prize as they chewed up Bridge Lane.

Singing Song Thrush, Blackbirds and Robins. A pr of the latter were seen going through a mating ritual. A GSW drummed twice and seemed subdued.
A few Goldfinch, couple Chaffinch, Blue/Gt Tits. 1 Pied Wagtail, many Crows, c17 small Gull sp.

A key date tomorrow the 22nd. I hope people only expect a few small scraps of hope.
Remember Charles Dickens Great Expectations. Also that Man was born free to spend the rest of his life in chains.

For the first time in many decades the powers that be have been enjoying the flavours of true power, they are not going to relinquish this in a hurry.
So enjoy your limited birding trips throughout 2021 and be grateful, or else.
