Sunday night approx 2140 hours Tawny Owl calling from Black Dyke Mills as I walked home.
Monday: I was soaked to the skin by the time I got home and why not? I had certainly worked and walked hard enough for it.

4 Cormorant, 2 f Tufted Duck, few small Gull sp. mainly BHG, 3 LBBG. 2 Jay & inevitable Goldfinches. Also a Goldcrest or three & a WW.
