Ogden Res to Mixenden

Woodland birds saved the day at Ogden,  particularly my first Treecreeper in months. It was in a mixed flock which also contained 5 Coal Tit & a pr Nuthatch plus this Robin.

A Blackbird was in company with 4 Goldcrest with a third Nuthatch nearby.

3 Dunnock were at the Dullard feeding station where a briefly but loud singing Chiffchaff was heard.
Also 2 Jay & 1 each Kestrel & Sparrowhawk.

9 LBBG, 1 Common Gull, c13 BHG & the GC Grebe pr were on the water.

The golf course stretch was quiet; 1 Linnet and 5/6 House Martin. A few Meadow Pipit and many Swallow were at Hunter Hill bottom but the Linnet gang were absent.

Nothing to report from moribund Mixenden.
