Ogden to Mixenden Res

Ogden Res:
Cold and misty with few birds about including gulls. However I did get my first Buzzard of the year; flying over the embankment, being chased by Crows.
A Moorhen was near ducky corner.

1 each GSW, Greenfinch, Song Thrush & Reed Bunting by the golf course.
7 Curlew were at Stod Fold again repeating the pattern of being on the deck then calling loudly before taking flight.

Lo and behold, there was a pr of Goosander on Mixenden Res. They took flight in the Ogden direction within moments of my camera being withdrawn from the sack on my back.
A Mistle Thrush, 3/4 LTT & the usual Gulls also seen.
